Hiding the Sun

Another shot from my last day in Amsterdam as storm clouds were passing through.

People often ask me when's the best time to take photographs and I always tell them, either early in the morning, during sunset hours and when a storm is in the area. Just remember ... carry around something to keep your camera dry if the rain starts pouring down, be prepared to run for cover and most importantly, if there's lightning in the area, move far away from me. Must be something in my blood ...
