Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception

Here's a shot taken in Castries in the Caribbean during our photo walk. While I love visiting the grand cathedrals in Europe, there's something special about visiting these smaller churches. With the comparatively small funds available, this church is a work of dedication and love. It is one of the largest in the Caribbean and was built in 1897. It was recently elevated to the status of a Minor Basilica.
