Passing Paschiavo
During a trip to Milan, we decided to catch a rail tour from Torino up to St Moritz. It was a cold day and with a crowded passenger car, I was bold enough to open a large window and stick my camera out. Yes, lots of grumbling behind me and I chose not to look to see if anyone was getting ready to change my plans.
Here's a shot of Paschiavo with overcast skies. The views along the railway are stunning and well worth the adventure. Definitely a return visit will be necessary to reacquaint myself with this beautiful countryside. And yes, eventually, I was forced to close the window and sit down.
