Bridges of Amsterdam

My first day in Amsterdam and I had an inside tip to head over to Rembrandt Square to find the famous bridges that light up at night. All geared up and ready to go at 7:30 pm, the sun didn't make it's way down until 10:30 and the lights finally came on 20 minutes later. But with scenery like this, waiting wasn't much of a chore. This shot was taken as the sun finally made it's way below the horizon.
