Alleyways
It's hard not to fall in love with Barcelona. Truly a beautiful city that possesses all the modern conveniences while retaining it's old world charm. That being said, how can you dislike a city where everyone takes a nap in the afternoon so they can party all night? Why isn't the rest of the world doing this?
Off the main streets, there are many cobble stone alleyways with ornate architecture. Each one is unique and inviting. I found an amazing restaurant on one of these streets that made one of the most incredible Paella's, but that's another story.
