The Grand Hermitage
The Hermitage and five adjoining buildings actually make this the second largest art museum in the world. To say it's massive is easily an understatement. There's everything from Egyptian Antiquities to works by Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci.
The moment I entered I was mesmerized by it's sheer beauty. From the carvings on the walls and staircases to it's brilliant collection of masterpieces, the Hermitage lives up to it's reputation as one of the most spectacular museums in the world.
