Saint Lucia Sundown

Whenever I take a cruise, I always scout out the best places on the ship to take photographs, whether it's arriving or leaving a port. In this case, I lucked out and found a huge terraced area just outside the workout center overlooking the bow of the ship. I think it might have been just above the bridge. Every morning coming into port and every afternoon as we pulled away from the dock, I'd be up there taking in the best views from the ship.

I took this shot shortly after leaving the beautiful island of Saint Lucia. The sun was about to set and the sky took on a beautiful pink cast. I'm always amazed at the beauty all around us.
