Night Light in Amsterdam

My stay in Amsterdam took me to a beautiful hotel with a sky lounge view of the Basilica of Saint Nicholas and the Amsterdam skyline. Intent on getting this evening shot I grabbed my rig and up to the lounge I went. Out on the balcony I had everything set with the exception of the sun which decided to be a bit uncooperative. Here it was 8pm and it looked like midday. I guess a bit of waiting was going to take place. Here is the shot I took at 10:45pm. Moral of the story ... either find out when sundown takes place or have a bottle of good wine close by to pass the time.
