Storms by the Cliffs
Here's another capture that I took with a borrowed Canon 5D Mark II at the Cliffs of Moher. I was in between cameras and my father was nice enough to ship one off to me on short notice. He always seems to have a few lying around.
That's O'Briens Tower which marks the highest point of the cliffs. It was built back in 1835 and served as an observation tower for tourists.
I was fortunate to be able to get some nice shots from my time there. It had rained most of the day and was very windy. As we arrived the rain let up and while storm clouds continued to loom, we took in some stunning views of these brilliant cliffs.
On the train heading to Dublin, our guide passed out shot glasses filled with Jameson whiskey. Nothing like Irish pride and whiskey.
