A Quiet Canal
This is probably one of the first images I took when I decided to buy a full frame digital camera before heading off to Italy. It's also one of the first images that I processed in Photoshop, which I knew very little about. Truth be told, I probably re-edited it 10 or 15 times and each time I thought it was just perfect. Luckily, I had some pretty talented friends that pointed out all the errors that I was making, and while this finished edition is far from what I could have done, I was pretty impressed that ultimately, I was able to create a somewhat presentable image.
As I always say, photography, like life, is a process. It's always about learning and growing with time and experience. I think that's what makes it all worthwhile.
